Global Human Resources Business Partner

Location: UK (Hybrid - Manchester or London) | Remote with regular travel also considered

In this influential role, you'll partner with senior leadership to lead people strategy across talent, culture, transformation, and performance-helping shape an agile, forward-thinking workforce ready for tomorrow.

What You'll Do

  1. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on all people-related matters.
  2. Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives.
  3. Guide change management projects-such as AI integration and digital transformation.
  4. Champion culture, engagement, and DE&I strategies across global teams.
  5. Support leadership development through coaching and capability-building programs.
  6. Use data to drive decision-making and track HR impact.
  7. Optimise organizational structures to enhance business performance.
