I am working with a leading UK brand based in Bristol that’s looking to hire a Senior Reward Manager with a focus on Executive Compensation.
Reporting to the Head of Reward you will lead Director & Executive level remuneration reports for a population of c.300-350 working through policy and all related external remuneration discovery across the group. This role will include projects surrounding executive remuneration including shareholder and wider stakeholder view and market practices. Key responsibilities include:
With expertise within Executive Reward you are likely to have gained this experience within a Financial/Professional Services or Consultancy environment. Able to work within a complex matrixed environment, you will be able to deliver at pace, using your senior stakeholder experience and Executive Reward knowledge to drive innovation, improve colleague journeys and balance competing requirements. With a track record of translating complex business requirements you will be able to demonstrate having led and designed a clear and innovative Executive Reward strategy.
The company has a good hybrid working policy with typically two days/week in their central Bristol office and with occasional travel to other UK locations including London. They offer fantastic career progression and development within a large HR team.
