Job Title:Operational Resilience & Cyber Risk Consultant

Location:Remote (with occasional client site visits)

Employment Type:Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished and motivatedOperational Resilience & Cyber Risk Consultantto join our client’s expanding team. In this remote role, you will split your time with60% consulting and advisoryand40% business development. You will provide actionable solutions that enhance operational resilience and mitigate cyber risks while identifying new opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships.

Working with top organizations in regulated industries like financial services, insurance, and critical infrastructure, you will apply your expertise in cyber risk management, operational resilience, and digital transformation to deliver value and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Advisory (60%)

• Design and implement operational resilience frameworks to ensure business continuity and mitigate disruptions.
• Conduct in-depth risk assessments to uncover vulnerabilities in cyber and technology systems.
• Provide strategic advice on cyber risk management, incident response planning, and resilience strategies.
• Develop customized solutions aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Deliver thought leadership through reports, workshops, and presentations to client stakeholders.

Business Development (40%)

• Identify client challenges and propose tailored solutions to solve operational resilience and cyber risk issues.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and secure new business.
• Proactively contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying growth opportunities and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and cyber risk management.
• Strong consulting background with a focus on practical, actionable solutions.
• Expertise in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or critical infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of relevant frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, DORA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated track record in business development and solution sales.
