About the role:

Worley is looking for a Senior Manager, Change Management to join our Global team. We are seeking a hands-on change management expert who excels in managing complex change efforts while focusing on the human side of transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure that changes are effectively executed, processes are optimized, and employees are supported throughout the transformation journey. This role combines strategic change with detailed execution to deliver meaningful results.

You'll be:

  • Develop and implement Change Strategies: Leading the development and execution of change on transformational projects, including digital shifts, organizational restructuring, behavioral, cultural or process improvements.
  • Hands-On Change Execution: Implementing change efforts practically by engaging directly with teams, facilitating workshops, managing timelines, and addressing risks, issues and challenges during transformational change.
  • Human-Centered Change Management: Prioritizing the employee experience in all change initiatives. Conducting stakeholder analysis to understand impacts on different groups and design tailored strategies to engage, support, and guide them through the change process.
  • Manage Complex, Cross-Functional Change Projects: Overseeing complex change initiatives involving multiple departments or teams. Coordinating efforts, managing dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure each phase of the change is completed on time and delivers value.
  • Change Readiness and Impact Assessments: Conducting assessments to understand the organization’s readiness for change, including workforce capabilities and attitudes.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with Communications Leads to develop and execute communication plans that ensure transparency and understanding across the organization.
  • Learning: Working with Learning & Development Leads to develop training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the transformed environment.
  • Monitor and Optimize Change Efforts: Tracking progress against change management goals and metrics, adjusting as needed.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Working closely with leadership and Project Sponsors to ensure change initiatives align with broader business objectives.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Working with global teams to ensure consistent and effective change management practices across different regions.
You'll have:
  • Proven experience in change management, with hands-on involvement in driving transformational, digital, process, culture and behavioral changes.
  • Strong knowledge of human-centered change principles, with experience leading change initiatives that emphasize employee engagement and support.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading change efforts across various parts of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to assess readiness for change and the impact on both people and processes.
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR or other) is a plus.
This role is ideal for a senior manager who excels at developing and delivering impactful change management strategies and plans that support employees through transformational change.
