  • Work closely with the Homewards Head of Local Delivery and Local Delivery Leads to support the navigation of relationships with locally based private sector organisations and prospective Activators, and to support the development of a strategy for linking local and national level Activators.
  • Contribute to the overarching Activator strategy, feeding into key decision-making processes and planning for the Homewards programme.
  • Working with the central Partnerships team to support the development of integrated, high-value propositions for businesses with multiple touchpoints across The Royal Foundation’s work (e.g. Homewards Activators and the Business Taskforce for Early Childhood).
  • Where appropriate work with the central Partnerships team to support the development of strategic fundraising opportunities – via Activators – for the Homewards project.
  • Draft Activator-related briefings and provide support to the CEO, senior leadership team and Head of Programme ahead of key meetings and events.
  • Prepare and manage Activator-related meetings/roundtables, including designing agendas, project plans and the production of briefing notes, meeting write-ups and reports.

This role will require (i) contributing to the overall strategy for Activators; (ii) developing and managing existing partnerships with Activators; (iii) identifying securing and managing a series of successful new Activator relationships; and (iv) supporting Homewards coalitions as they navigate local level private sector relationships – all to support the delivery of a range of solutions to end homelessness.
