Qualifications
- Part Qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong Excel skills.
- Experience managing P&L and Balance Sheet with consolidations.

- Preparing month-end journals, accruals, and prepayments.

Job description
Halliday Marx have partnered with a vast media business to recruit a Senior Management Accountant on a permanent basis.
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
- Producing a full set of management accounts with detailed commentary on variances for a large entity
- Preparing month end journals, accruals and prepayments
- P&L/Balance sheet analysis
- Producing the Statutory Accounts
- Producing annual budgets and monthly reforecasts
- Liaising with the auditors
- Reconciliation of Payroll to the general ledger
- VAT Submissions to HMRC
- Tax accounting duties
- On no more than a 1 month notice
- Part Qualified in either (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience with FULL ownership of the P&L and Balance Sheet
- Consolidations experience
- Strong Excel skills (Vlookups & Pivot Tables as an absolute minimum)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
