Senior Management Accountant

Axon Moore are excited to be supporting a well-established and growing business in Preston to recruit a new Senior Management Accountant. This role will be reporting in to the Financial Controller. This role is paying a competitive salary of up to £60,000 with a flexible hybrid working arrangement on offer.

Candidates must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.

Responsibilities include:

• Management of month end process
• Preparation of year end audit files and liaising with auditors
• Preparation of management accounts
• Financial analysis of costing, pricing & margin strategy
• Preparation of tax returns and liaising with tax advisers
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders within the organisation
• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and control
