Senior Maintenance Engineer
Up to £48,000 Days-Based
Ready to excel as a Senior Engineer? Join our cutting-edge manufacturing team in Bangor, North Wales, earning up to £48,000 in a days-based role (early finishes on a Friday).
ROLE
- Diagnose and fix electrical/mechanical breakdowns efficiently.
- Support production line uptime (OEE) with preventative maintenance.
- Execute maintenance projects and scheduled equipment upkeep.
- Maintain 5S standards and a safe work environment.
- Drive improvement initiatives to boost performance.
YOU
- 3+ years in manufacturing equipment maintenance.
- Proven expertise with CNC systems (Citizen Lathes, Haas Milling).
- Experience in Press Shop, Forging, and Rumbling operations.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
