Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £37,000.00 Per Annum DOE

Due to growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Senior Maintenance Coordinator to join their fantastic team in the Leicester area on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Senior Maintenance Coordinator Role:

As a Senior Maintenance Coordinator, you will be a key individual within the operation of property maintenance. You will:

1. Coordinate projects and manage day-to-day work of the business, delegating to your team as appropriate.
2. Maintain audit and reporting data to ensure compliance and processes are adhered to at all times.
3. Support other departments as necessary and utilize your skills and experience to improve service level agreements.
4. Work effectively within a busy environment and to tight deadlines.

1. Previous experience as a planning and/or maintenance coordinator or Team Leader is ESSENTIAL.
2. Likeable and enthusiastic personality with a great work ethic.
3. Ability to work under pressure with a 'problem solving' attitude.
4. Highly competent in using all Microsoft Office packages, including MS Excel.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
