At Littlefish, we are growing rapidly – with the recent acquisition of Storm Technology, we’ve strengthened our Microsoft Business Solutions practice and expanded our reach across the UK and Ireland. We’re now looking for a Senior M365 Productivity & Adoption Consultant to work with clients, designing and delivering innovative solutions across SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and more.

What You’ll Do:

1. Work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimise M365 solutions, focusing on SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Purview.
2. Lead M365 adoption strategies, delivering workshops and training to ensure successful user engagement.
3. Guide businesses through M365 migrations, including SharePoint Online, using tools like ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Manager.
4. Contribute to pre-sales engagements, helping shape solution roadmaps that align with business goals.
5. Share knowledge across projects, collaborating with technical teams to ensure high-impact solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as an M365 consultant, particularly with SharePoint Online.
2. Experience leading M365 migrations and adoption programs.
3. Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and Purview.
4. Ability to deliver engaging workshops and training to a variety of stakeholders.
5. A problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping clients maximise M365’s potential.
6. Eligible for full security clearance.
