M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor - London

We are currently working with a prestigious client who is looking for a Senior Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team in London, working on Government, Aviation, and high-end residential projects.

Remuneration:
- per annum plus car/car allowance & benefits

Location:
London

The role:
The successful applicant will have experience within Mechanical and Electrical construction projects using either JCT or NEC contracts.

Requirements:

1. Electrical background beneficial
2. NEC or JCT Contracts
3. Enthusiastic approach to their work
