An established industry player is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. James Lewis are currently assisting a key client, who are a multi-dimensional Principal Contractor, in their search for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Working across a range of project sectors which include data centres, education, commercial, healthcare and science & technology in and around London and the SE, they have a real focus on critical infrastructure. Their services start from design, through construction and fit out to the maintenance of the projects, effectively offering an end-to-end solution.
The scope of works will include various LV switchgear, mechanical infrastructure & HV generator farm upgrades on projects covering healthcare, data centres, large retail stores and other live environments. The position offers hybrid working with days spent on sites generally in and around central London, with the odd journey to locations such as Slough.
To be considered for this position you will need a qualification in Quantity Surveying and a proven track record ideally on larger scale build projects. Whilst previous data centre/critical infrastructure experience would be an advantage, it is by no means essential with the client open to experience from other UK project sectors.
