About the role

Are you ready to take on the challenge of handling complex, high-value claims? We're looking for an experienced Loss Adjuster to manage high net worth, major losses, and specialist claims.

Key duties

1. Deliver top-notch claims services for high-profile clients.
2. Manage cases with precision, meeting performance targets.
3. Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
4. Produce outstanding reports and personalized correspondence.
5. Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and resilience.

Key requirements

1. Proven experience in property adjusting, ideally with major loss expertise.
2. Progress towards or completion of ACILA or FCILA qualifications (preferred).
3. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
5. A clean driving license and the willingness to travel as required.
