Job Description
Join our global Inbound Licensing team to help bring the LEGO experience to life, through partnering with loved brands and IPs across the LEGO portfolio.
Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our London (Holborn) office.
Compile Inbound Licensing partner forecasts, ensuring data accuracy through partnering with markets & channels, supply chain, global marketing leads, master data, etc.
Deliver forecasts to partners through execution of dashboards and data, and providing executive summaries and contextual background.
Translate data driven insights and analysis, for application in business decisions and tactical application.
Partner with global, regional and local teams in the compilation of communication of forecast and analysis to licensing partners.
Join key meetings with Inbound Licensing partners to discuss and communicate forecasts, providing context and explanation as required.
The Inbound Licensing team brings a range of awesome brands and IPs into the LEGO portfolio, in order to further enhance the reach and relevancy of the LEGO Brand with a diversity of consumers globally. We pride ourselves in nurturing best-in-class relationships with our brand partners. We partner with a broad range of licensors, including studios such as Disney and WB, gaming brands like Nintendo and Minecraft, vehicle brands including Ferrari and Lamborghini, and many more brands across music, film, sport, and art.
Several years of relevant professional experience in a business reporting role, within the licensing and/or retail industry.
Familiarity with reporting systems. Advanced Excel is essential, Power BI (preferable), etc.
Numerate and analytical, balanced with commercial competence.
Excellent written and verbal communication (proficiency in English).
High level of attention to detail, highly organized and able to work at pace and navigate complexity.
A great teammate, with the ability to work independently with confidence.
Excellent networking and collaboration skills.
Capacity to flex worked hours around global time zones as necessary (and within reason), prioritizing key meetings (virtual).
