Knight Frank is looking to recruit for a Senior Lettings Negotiator into their prestigious Belsize Park office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day tenant interactions, including generating viewings and securing property lets.
• Maintain accurate records on our internal database.
• Handle enquiries from various channels professionally.
• Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and follow up on feedback.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords.
• Proven track record in closing deals.
• ARLA qualified
• Knowledge of Belsize Park and/or North London areas is advantageous, along with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values, and competition.
