Based in Hampstead, this leading and premium Residential Lettings Business is looking to bring in an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dynamic, motivated, and ambitious and would like to let a variety of properties in the Hampstead area and work within a successful team.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Lettings Negotiator will include the following:

1. Attending valuations and negotiating prices with Landlords to achieve larger property portfolios.
2. Organising and carrying out viewings.
3. Maintaining a strong relationship with all Landlords to help acquire future business with them.
4. Achieving all targets set.
5. Implementing new and exciting initiatives for all members of staff.

You will be rewarded with the following:

1. £35,000, plus car allowance and commission.
2. Expected £75,000 - £85,000 OTE.

Required Skills:

1. Experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager.
2. Excellent people management and motivation skills.
3. A true professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.
5. Proven track record in closing deals.
6. Beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area.
7. An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values, and an awareness of the local competition.
