The role.

As a Senior Legal Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and optimizing legal and business processes with advanced process mapping and visualization techniques.
• Delivering robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, HighQ, Contract Express, Relativity, and Kira.
• Evaluating and implementing creative problem-solving strategies.
• Acting as the client’s advocate by providing feedback to the product development team to enhance AI solutions.
• Building collaborative relationships, mentoring teammates, and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth across the team.
• Keeping abreast of advances in AI and Generative AI technologies and identifying emerging market trends.
• Continuously expanding your expertise in software tools and leveraging their functionalities for optimal results.

About you.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Legal Engineer who combines technical aptitude with a deep understanding of legal processes.

You’ll need:

• A solid background in the legal sector, with expertise in AI, technology, and data solutions applied to legal workflows.
• Experience working on legal processes, data analysis, solution design, or similar projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences and a strong focus on understanding client needs.
• A team-oriented mindset with outstanding communication skills and a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace.

Bonus points for…

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel (including VBA and advanced formulas).
• Experience designing solutions using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with automating legal workflows and tools used in the legal tech space.
