The Role: This position focuses on execution matters, including:

• Providing legal support in commercial and contractual matters.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop contracting strategies and mitigate risks.
• Reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements.
• Advising on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Managing disputes and providing contractual interpretations.
• Engaging with key stakeholders across various business functions.
• Enhancing legal processes and providing internal training.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• 6+ years of legal experience in commercial or construction contracting within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong expertise in EPC FIDIC based contracts for offshore construction.
• Familiarity with project planning and scheduling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advise senior stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented approach and a proven track record in delivering high-quality results.
• The ability to provide effective solutions to complex project issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Career growth to Head of Legal in 2 years.
