The Role: This position focuses on execution matters, including:

  1. Providing legal support in commercial and contractual matters.
  2. Collaborating with internal teams to develop contracting strategies and mitigate risks.
  3. Reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements.
  4. Advising on compliance and regulatory matters.
  5. Managing disputes and providing contractual interpretations.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have:
