We are seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer/Senior Teaching Fellow to contribute to the teaching and learning in the area of senior leadership.

The successful candidate will:

  1. have a strong commitment to ensuring an outstanding student experience
  2. develop and deliver engaging learning experiences in Leadership in a public sector context or in executive coaching and mentoring
  3. contribute to the pastoral and academic supervision of students and apprentices
  4. be committed to liaising with businesses and other organisations to connect the research and teaching capability of the School to professional leads
  5. have a clear understanding of how the outputs of scholarship and research or professional body engagement can inform curriculum development in order to enhance the learning experience of students
