KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead the design and delivery of diverse landscape projects, from concept through to construction
  2. Collaborate closely with architects, planners, ecologists, engineers, and clients to develop innovative and integrated design responses
  3. Mentor and support junior staff, helping to nurture a collaborative and creative studio environment
  4. Confidently manage client and consultant relationships, attend meetings, and contribute to project leadership and delivery
  5. Produce high-quality presentations, reports, planning submissions, and technical drawing packages
  6. Contribute creative thinking and insight to help shape the direction and values of the studio

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  1. A degree and postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture (CMLI or working towards Chartership)
  2. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within a UK landscape practice, ideally with experience across multiple project stages
  3. Strong design portfolio with excellent visual communication and graphic representation skills
  4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and/or Rhino. Knowledge of Revit is beneficial
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Self-motivated, organised, and confident managing deadlines and responsibilities
  7. Passion for sustainable, inclusive, and contextually sensitive landscape design

WHAT'S ON OFFER

  1. A supportive and design-focused studio culture with opportunities for career growth and leadership
  2. A dynamic project portfolio spanning urban, rural, and ecological landscapes.
  3. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements
  4. Competitive salary, reflective of experience
  5. Ongoing CPD and support for Chartership where applicable
  6. Regular team events, study trips, and internal design workshops
