We are looking for passionate and talented Senior Landscape Architects. The ideal candidate will have between 5 and 15 years professional experience. They will possess a strong background in landscape design and project management, with a passion for creating innovative outdoor spaces. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will lead projects from conception through to completion. Your ability to lead a team, and have expertise in various design software and your ability to manage multiple projects will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and site requirements.
2. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to create innovative designs that incorporate climate-resilience and great biodiversity throughout.
3. Utilise design software including Sketchup, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality work.
4. Manage teams, project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively while maintaining open communication with the Principal Landscape Architect.
5. Oversee the construction process, providing guidance to contractors and ensuring that the final build aligns with the proposed designs.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design practices.

Requirements

1. A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is essential.
2. Proven team-leading experience in landscape architecture with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
5. A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for sustainable and ethical design practices.
