Location - flexible 2 days in London per week

Our long-term partner is on the hunt for a Senior Java Developer with commercial experience developing in Java and working in the FX market on trading systems. You will be working for a modern, innovative FinTech that has built best-in-class products used globally to power the finance community by creating software that meets the ever-changing needs of their clients and partners.

• Have sell side trading experience and have built trading systems
• Backend experience using Core Java with multithreading, concurrency, and low latency
• You regularly think outside the box to come up with unique solutions

You will also be excellent at improving the speed, scalability, and low-latency of their current trading platform, in addition to building new features, using SQL, Linux, Unix, and Kafka.
