Job Title: Senior IT Support Engineer
Location: Cheshire
Job Type: Office & Field based
Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 DOE

Our client is dedicated to providing top-tier IT services to a diverse range of clients. They pride themselves on their customer-focused approach and ability to solve complex technical problems efficiently and effectively. We are looking for a Senior 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team and help continue to deliver exceptional support to a wide range of clients.

Requirements:
Please note a driving licence and own vehicle (mileage paid) is required. Company van can also be provided (including fuel card).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on various client-based projects
2. Resolve complex technical issues
3. Site visits, audit new customers, suggesting recommendations
4. Diagnose software and hardware faults
5. Helpdesk support for AV, phone, hardware issues

Personal Attributes:

1. Extensive use of Office 365 package
2. Knowledge on firewall, networking/security procedures, routing & switches
3. Understanding of Network protocols - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN
4. Experience with virtualisation - Hyper-V / VMWare / Citrix etc
5. MS Certs highly desired
6. Fantastic communication skills, confident talking with seniors
7. Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
8. Great team player, happy to help each other out
