Job description

New opportunity for a Senior IT Support person to join a small team at a time of growth and expansion.

We need someone who is customer driven, enjoys working on different projects (2nd/3rd line) (Infrastructure, firewalls, security) and has worked within a small team (2), ideally from an end user manufacturing environment.

We need the following skills and experience:

  1. Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019 & 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD/Entra ID
  2. Office 365 and Exchange experience (2016 & 2019)
  3. Advanced in managing and troubleshooting VoIP Systems
  4. Virtualization experience (Hyper-V, VMware)
  5. Understanding of Networking - working with Routers, Switches, Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and general support and troubleshooting
  6. Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and WAN/LAN Tech
  7. Previous experience with Intune, SharePoint, Power Platform, OneDrive, Teams and PowerShell scripting is a bonus

Additional Information:
Some travel with this role to the Data centre. Must be able to drive. Must live within commuting distance of BL5.

Permanent role. 5 days per week in the office. Not hybrid.
