Senior IT Recruiter

My well-established client is looking for an IT Specialist to join their team as a Senior Consultant.

We are looking for experience & character. In return, we can offer a supportive environment with a generous base of £30-40k with an uncapped commission.

The Role:

360 Recruiter Role including managing clients and candidates:

• Identify clients and recruitment opportunities.
• Sales activity including BD calls and site visits.
• Managing candidates including sourcing and compliance checks.
• Be part of a positive working culture and contribute to the overall success of the business.

180 Recruiter Role managing candidates:

• Focus on the candidate side of the business.
• Assist 360 consultants with finding the ‘right’ candidate for the role.

Ideally, you will have some recruitment experience; however, if you have sales experience from any sector, then this will also be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
