We have an opportunity for a Senior IT Project Manager to join their team of staff in the Group IT department.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Significant (5+ years) experience in delivering technical projects within complex organisations, ideally in healthcare IT.
- Proven expertise in leading projects in Scrum/Agile environments, with experience using Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including API Management, App Services, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrable experience managing web and mobile application projects, with a focus on user-centric design and functionality.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards and integration, such as HL7, FHIR, and data privacy requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical challenges into actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFE Scrum Master are desirable.
Duties of this role include:
- Lead the delivery of the My Circle Health Patient Portal and associated mobile application, ensuring projects meet time, quality, and budget expectations.
- Develop and manage project plans using Scrum methodologies, leveraging tools like Azure DevOps and Jira to track progress and foster team collaboration.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and clinicians to ensure the portal aligns with user needs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the technical implementation of Azure-based solutions, ensuring integration with existing healthcare IT systems using standards like HL7/FHIR.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary and maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
