Your new role

1. Deliver professional Agile project management services, overseeing successful development sprints and bridging the gap between development teams and stakeholders.
2. Lead and execute critical strategic assignments, managing project activities such as planning, governance, reporting, resource allocation, and budgeting.
3. Take ownership of end-to-end delivery and deployment for work packages that enhance our in-house flagship product incrementally.
4. Contribute to and co-own the broader programme delivery plan for the solutions you’re involved in.
5. Engage with the executive board and customers as part of the project leadership group during the delivery process.
6. Handle multiple development streams of varying sizes and timelines, meeting strict deadlines effectively.
7. Play a pivotal role in the Dynamics delivery team, overseeing select squads and enhancing their competence and efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Proficiently manage large-scale, intricate product development and delivery teams using Agile methodologies.
2. Possess an expert grasp of Agile values and principles.
3. Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master.
4. Successfully oversee delivery for teams comprising more than 20 members.
5. Skilled in end-to-end Release Management.
6. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform is desirable.
