Senior IT Product Owner - Reading

Our security-focused client in Reading is looking for a Senior IT Product Owner to join their team due to their continuous growth.

As the Product Owner, you'll work on some very exciting high-security projects. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling product releases, coordinating with key stakeholders to minimize any disruptions and ensure smooth delivery of secure products. You will also prioritize and manage any product backlog, refine features, and organize tasks based on their importance and urgency.

This role would suit someone with good communication skills, as part of the responsibilities will include creating and communicating the internal products portfolio vision and strategy, ensuring that all teams understand their responsibilities to achieve the end goal. You will monitor and track progress throughout the product development team, security team, and any other business units.

Working in a collaborative environment, you will gather and analyze feedback to better understand and address customer needs while maintaining high-security standards across internal products.

A very generous training budget is in place, with lots of opportunities for personal and professional development. Due to the nature of the business, this position would suit someone who currently holds Security Clearance or can obtain SC clearance, with a view to obtaining DV clearance.
