Our large financial services client is looking for a Senior IT Change Analyst (ITIL, ServiceNow) on an initial 7-month contract. Fully remote (within the UK), the role can pay a top end of £368 per day to an umbrella company.

The role will be split 50/50 across BAU and supporting a new improvement & process automation project. An exciting time to join the team and project in the early stages.

Key skills & experience required:

• Demonstrable background in an IT Change Management role
• ITIL qualified (certification would be highly beneficial)
• Extensive experience working with ServiceNow software
• Broader knowledge of how CM fits into the wider process
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience of working in Banking / financial services clients would be preferred

Additionally, any experience in process improvement within IT change management, automating risk assessments in ServiceNow, and producing MI from ServiceNow would all be highly beneficial.
