About the role

The Senior Business Analyst for Warehousing/Integration should possess skills in SAP Cloud Platform Integration, API management and cloud computing. Basic knowledge in CPI, SAP PI/PO, XI. Be able to work with Support Partner, assess operational quality, identify gaps, and manage closure of gaps in SAP CPI PI/PO integration area. Should have experience in coordinating with clients.

This position is remote, with occasional travel to Essity sites required.

What you will do

1. Drives pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements, by conducting workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources based on standard templates.
2. Supports IT Architects and other planners to assess current capabilities and identifies high-level business requirements and participates in breakdown of these business demands into high-level requirements on IT-solutions.
3. Proactively identifies strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement along with possible solutions according to customer and user requirements, their strategies and their goals.
4. Develops business cases and supports the prioritization process, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
5. Continuously reviews and edits requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution.
6. Works with the project manager, architects, and other developers to define metrics and performance goals for the solution.
7. Manages transitioning of requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification.
8. Arranges training and conducts end user training.
9. Coaches or mentors other less experienced roles and collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
10. Contributes to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.

The successful candidate may choose to follow our hybrid working pattern of 60% of the week office based and 40% based from home.
