Senior IT/AV Specialist

We are looking for a Senior IT/AV Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for all IT/AV-related topics. As a Senior IT/AV Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support for software, hardware, and audiovisual systems while troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will also manage AV setups for video conferences, presentations, and live events to deliver seamless audiovisual experiences across the teams.

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software
2. Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems
3. Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls
4. Managing AV administration with supporting events and meeting spaces, ensuring smooth AV operations
5. Supporting the purchasing team with all IT/AV related matters
6. Managing IT requirements in the onboarding and offboarding process
7. Managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
8. Following new technologies and integrating them into our company

Requirements

1. +5 years of work experience in related fields
2. Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, GPU render farms, GPU and application servers and peripherals, artist machines and cloud hosting platforms
3. Competence in networking, routing, firewalls, and VPNs
4. Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
5. Passion and interest in games
6. Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
