Are you ready to revolutionize how one of the world's most innovative companies approaches compliance monitoring? We're looking for an exceptional Senior IT Assurance Manager to join our UK and EU team, where you'll have the unique opportunity to influence compliance monitoring strategy across multiple regulated entities.

Your Impact

As our new Senior Assurance Manager, you'll be instrumental in:

  1. Architecting and implementing second-line defence risk monitoring frameworks
  2. Pioneering data-driven approaches to compliance testing
  3. Transforming complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable solutions
  4. Providing strategic IT advisory support to regulated entities across the UK and EU
Key job responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Assurance professionals to design and execute innovative compliance testing programs
  2. Manage deep-dive investigations into technology processes
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations
  4. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on IT and security risk posture and attack surface
  5. Develop and implement innovative IT risk monitoring solutions
  6. Partner with first and second line of defence stakeholders, including risk managers and security leads to effectively address ICT and security risks
  7. Leverage data analytics to revolutionize compliance assurance
  8. Drive continuous improvement in our Assurance Program
  9. Stay up to date with emerging threats, regulations and their impact on IT assurance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in compliance, audit or risk management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in developing and executing compliance or audit testing frameworks
  • 7+ years of progressive experience within financial services in information security, cybersecurity, operational resilience and/or privacy risk
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for problem-solving
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Highly valued payments systems experience
  • Second line risk management
  • EU/UK IT Risk experience including multiple regulatory jurisdictions
  • Experience with IT risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 2700X)
