About the Role

You’ll lead exciting projects from start to finish, managing design teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier results.

This hands-on, client-facing role offers the perfect balance of creativity and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead workplace & commercial design projects from concept to completion
2. Manage client and consultant relationships, ensuring project success
3. Mentor and support a small design team
4. Drive creative direction while ensuring high-quality execution
5. Represent the firm at industry events and grow the client network

Skills & Experience

1. 12+ years in Interior Design (commercial & workplace focus)
2. Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite
3. Strong leadership & project management skills
