Senior Interior Designer

Location: Paddington, London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 p/annum

Introduction:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a prestigious London-based interior design studio renowned for its work in the luxury Residential and Hospitality sectors. The studio is celebrated for crafting elegant, luxurious interiors with warmth, personality, and timeless appeal—both in London and internationally. Our client is at a crucial point of growth and this is a really exciting time to join a fast-growing company and have a real impact on the studio.

This role is ideal for a confident, well-rounded Senior Interior Designer or very experienced Midweight Interior Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is capable of leading projects from initial concept through to completion. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong design leadership, FF&E expertise, technical proficiency, and excellent client-facing abilities.

• Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 p/annum (dependent on experience)

Office:

• Location: Paddington, London
• Hours: Full-time in-studio, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm – Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple luxury interior design projects from concept through to delivery
• Oversee and mentor junior and mid-weight team members
• Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Deliver and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed proposals
• Manage FF&E procurement, budget tracking, and installation coordination
• Review and produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Maintain the studio’s high design standards and contribute creatively to studio development

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar field
• Minimum 6–8 years' professional experience, ideally with a focus on high-end residential or boutique hospitality projects
• A strong portfolio showcasing completed luxury interiors projects
• Excellent FF&E knowledge and procurement experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign), and EstiMac (or similar)
• Confident communicator and presenter with proven client management skills
• Strong project and team management capabilities, with a detail-oriented mindset
