About this role

This London-based design studio that specializes in delivering high-end luxury residential projects in London and internationally has exciting new projects in Mayfair that need a senior interior architect to work as part of the team but also lead their own project. The successful candidate is a strong all-rounder who is confident working from concept through to completion and must have strong technical detailing abilities.

This studio offers a generous package and the opportunity for flexible working.

Key responsibilities:

1. Project lead and manage your own design projects
2. Taking the client brief and translating it into a creative brief
3. Develop and design joinery packages, producing comprehensive drawing packages and specification documents for tender
4. Work with senior members of the team on-site
5. Build and maintain supplier and trade relationships
6. Assist in specifying FF&E with the team
7. Manage project coordination
8. Attend site visits and installations

Skills and Experience:

1. Degree in interior architecture or interior design
2. Based in London
3. Proven experience in working through all stages of the design process for luxury private residential projects
4. Technical understanding of interior architecture and technical designs
5. Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
6. Project management and decision-making skills
7. Calm under pressure and able to think on the spot
8. Organized and efficient
9. Strong and impeccable presentation style
