I have an immediately available 12 mth FTC for a highly experienced International Casualty Technician/Technical Account Manager.

Working in a large and busy team for a high-profile Lloyd's broker in Fenchurch St, this role is to cover a 12-month secondment for a special project of the current job holder, but this might be extended.

The key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation of key placement documentation (MRC's/Certs)
• Initiating and overseeing the premium processing function, supporting the processing technicians with the resolution of queries as appropriate
• Maintaining an accurate and compliant record of the placement via GXB (Global XB)
• Working with Clients and Brokers to address Cash & Credit Control issues, identifying the root cause of any recurring issues and proposing changes to the process to bring improvements
• Oversight and ownership of key contractual dates, including payment warranties, subjectivities, and NOC's

My client is looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within International Casualty.
