Senior Insurance Manager

Our client seeks a Senior Insurance Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be part of the team managing relationships for a portfolio of captive insurance clients and assume responsibility for client service delivery and excellence;
• Identify client service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards;
• Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required;
• Ensure that your clients' priorities, objectives and any other requirements have been met;
• Ensure best practice and innovation is shared across your clients;
• Support the development and implementation of the company own strategic objectives;
• Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities;
• Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry;
• Instil a culture of collaboration, effective communications, and professionalism.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Be a client focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills;
• Proven Insurance experience within a Broking, Account Handling, or Client Executive position;
• Be professionally qualified with relevant experience in the captive or risk management sector, e.g. ACII or equivalent;
• Have proven experience in proactively leading client engagements and associated projects.
