Job Description

Why join?

  • Make an impact: work directly with major brands across tech and product innovation influencing future strategies, acting as a thought leader for our clients and moving their businesses forward.
  • Apply cutting-edge quant methods: We go beyond the basics. From demand space segmentation and MaxDiff to conjoint, behavioural science and theory-led frameworks, you’ll get stuck into exciting approaches that push our thinking (and keep things fresh).
  • Work with smart, kind, curious people: We’re proud to be part of a global consultancy, but we’ve kept the feel of a small, collaborative agency. We’ve got each other’s backs, and we’re big on sharing ideas, celebrating wins, and making work feel like a good place to be.
  • Accelerate your career: Whether you're a senior research analyst already managing your own projects and ready to step up, or an experienced research manager looking for your next challenge, we’ll help you grow fast.

Join us at PA Consulting and shape the future through insight.

We’re looking for an experienced quantitative insight manager to join our Human Insight & Innovation team in London. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong quant research skills, curious about human behaviour, and passionate about driving real impact for global brands, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:
  • Design and run end-to-end quant research projects - from proposal to debrief.
  • Lead and juggle multiple ad-hoc projects: from U&As and concept testing to thought leadership.
  • Analyse survey data to generate sharp, strategic insights.
  • Manage project teams and mentor junior researchers.
  • Present to clients, manage relationships, and keep projects on track.

Flexible working - We are guided by our client work and needs; however, you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Curiosity and clarity – you love digging into data, but what really excites you is turning it into a story that makes people sit up and listen.
  • Confidence in your craft – you’ve run projects before and are comfortable taking the lead, whether solo or with a small team by your side.
  • Commercial thinker - you understand what matters to clients and how to focus on the insights that drive real decisions.
  • Solid research know-how – you’re confident with core quant methods, and if you’ve used segmentation, MaxDiff, drivers or conjoint, even better.
  • Care in the detail and care for the client – you take pride in getting the small things right, and you’re great at building trusted relationships along the way.

We know the skill-gap and ‘somewhat need to tick every box’ can get in the way of meeting brilliant candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply – we’d love to hear from you.
