Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Newcastle

Salary: £45k-£50k + car & bonus

Our client is a nationally recognised name in residential development and they are looking to expand their engineering capability within their office based in Newcastle.

They are looking for a senior engineer who, preferably, has experience working for a house builder with the capability to provide engineering support and technical guidance to regional and site offices. Alternatively, you could have consultancy experience and be looking to join a house builder, utilising your design experience in a different way, offering value engineering and managing consultants' work.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in residential engineering
• In-depth knowledge of sectional agreements, including 38 and 278, and working on the associated legal agreements, pushing them through
• Experience attending site, providing support and on-site solutions
• Project Management
• A skilled communicator who is able to work at all levels, with good negotiation skills and commercial awareness
• In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation
• Minimum HNC with an engineering degree
