Reporting directly to the HR Director, you’ll be partnering several directors within your business unit, so you’ll really have the opportunity to influence and make a difference to the organisation's shape and future.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be part of a fantastic team of HR professionals collaborating to support the business’ growth and strategic direction.
• Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Champion the culture and values, partnering with directors to help them build their organisations and ensure all people decisions are informed by the relevant data.
• Take both a strategic and hands-on approach to provide human resource expertise in the areas of transformational and organisational change, talent management, employee relations, executive coaching, and development.
• Lead complex HR programmes and initiatives.
• Raise awareness of HR Best Practices across the organisation.

What you’ll be:

• A progressive Senior HR professional with a breadth of partnering experience within a complex environment.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at the director level.
• Able to demonstrate clear, critical decision-making capability at pace and take responsibility for the outcomes.
• Outside/in mindset, with the ability to network externally to ensure that the organisation is up to date with all relevant HR practices.
• FCIPD qualification or equivalent.
