We are excited to be working in partnership with a leading Leicester organisation to recruit into their successful and newly transformed HR team for a Senior HR Administrator. Duties of the role include:
This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week with the flexibility to work between 8 am to 6 pm and from home 2 days a week.
For this position, we are looking for experienced HR Administrators who have supported organisational change or restructuring and can provide insights to help improve HR processes. You will be experienced across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, and be competent in providing coaching and mentoring to more junior members of the wider HR team.
You will have experience working with HR data, ideally with Resourcelink, or be able to learn new systems quickly.
