Job Title: Senior HSE Manager

Job Type: Permanent/Fixed Term

Location: Clevedon

Our Client is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to ensure a safe and environmentally conscious work environment at our Clevedon site. As the Senior HSE Manager, you will provide leadership and direction on all safety, health, and environment (SHE) matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and improve the SHE management system at our Clevedon site.
2. Develop and manage internal SHE audits in line with ISO standards.
3. Monitor compliance with SHE procedures, legislation, and global standards.
4. Collaborate with global SHE and Quality functions for business improvements.
5. Conduct global audits and be the subject matter expert on SHE processes.
6. Promote a positive safety culture and provide training and awareness.
7. Coordinate incident/hazard investigations and ensure corrective actions.
8. Provide regular reporting to site management and participate in SHE performance reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Minimum of 5 years of SHE experience.
3. Membership of IEMA, IOSH preferred.
4. NEBOSH Advanced Diploma or Level 6 equivalent.
5. Experience in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
6. Strong report writing and presentation skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

1. Improve the effectiveness of the SHE management system.
2. Manage audits, address risks, and drive process improvements.
3. Foster a positive safety culture and reduce accidents.
4. Monitor and report on local SHE performance.
5. Work with autonomy, responsible for achieving SHEQ objectives.
