Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Senior HR Officer - Public Sector

  2. £16.12 ph
  3. 37 hours, Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
  4. Ongoing, temporary ongoing
  5. 34 days annual leave

You will work closely with the HR team on delivering various HR initiatives, including:

  1. recruitment
  2. onboarding
  3. succession planning
  4. retention initiatives
  5. performance management
  6. employee relations
  7. diversity and inclusion
  8. talent management

Criteria:

  1. 3 years' experience within the last 5 years as a practitioner in an operational or policy role.
  2. Experience in effectively communicating with managers and staff on a range of issues.
  3. Experience in managing, analysing and monitoring business information and working to strict deadlines.
  4. Experience in using a range of IT systems.
  5. Level 5 CIPD Essential.
  6. A Degree or equivalent level of qualification plus 1 year’s relevant experience OR BTEC Higher or equivalent level of qualification plus 2 years’ relevant experience.
  7. Full driving licence / Access to a form of transport.
