Senior HR Officer
This Senior HR Officer role will be fast-paced and varied and will include but not be limited to:

Senior HR Officer Experience
The successful candidate will have strong prior experience within an HR administration setting, having supported with the full HR Lifecycle, general HR administration, and payroll administration. You will have excellent relationship-building and confidentiality skills, with the ability to think both sensitively and tactically.
A fantastic team player, you will work closely with the HR Manager, as well as wider stakeholders in this fast-paced progressive environment. You will be flexible and proactive in your approach to work, with strong IT and database skills.
Location
This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week and hybrid working of 2 days in the office is required. This role is based in North-East Oxford. You must have the full right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available for this position. You must be able to commit to the length of this contract.
