Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Senior HR Officer duties will include:
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior HR Officer will be CIPD qualified, or actively studying towards qualification and have exposure working in a similar position. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and can show demonstrable experience of supporting managers with HR policy and process. Previous use in using HR systems to gather and interpret data is essential. You will need to be someone who can come in and 'hit the ground running'.
