An automotive component manufacturer with multiple sites in the UK and the West Midlands require a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide assistance and guidance with all generalist operational HR issues. The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 5 with experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Commutable from: Redditch, Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge.

Package: £43,000 - £45,000 p.a.

Site based role.

The Role

  1. Reporting into the Plant HR Manager, you will have the following duties:
  2. Generalist day to day HR support.
  3. Ensure visibility across the site developing relationships with all Line Managers.
  4. Support in training, team development and planning.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators against agreed standards.
  6. Carry out disciplinary and grievance activities.

The Person

  1. Educated to CIPD level 5 or educated to degree level you will have the following experience:
  2. Experience working in manufacturing (Preferably automotive) as a HR Generalist.
  3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  4. Empathic and active listener.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
