Job description

Are you an experienced Human Resources Professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our busy team, reporting to the Head of People and Culture. This exciting and varied role offers a unique opportunity for a knowledgeable HR professional to influence proactive and effective people interventions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

As part of our HR team, you will collaborate with the wider team across Learning & Organisational Development, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion to deliver impactful activities as part of our People Strategy. You will work closely with senior managers to ensure our high standards are maintained in day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing HR projects such as facilitating workforce planning across the business.
  2. Delivering tailored people interventions to achieve business objectives.
  3. Successfully managing people-related activities such as absence management, employee relations, change management, health and wellbeing, performance management, and job evaluation.
  4. Developing and implementing people-related strategies, policies, and procedures.
What We’re Looking For

  1. A Level 7 CIPD qualification, or Level 5 and working towards Level 7.
  2. Experience of partnering with senior leaders to provide proactive and future-focused people solutions.
  3. Proven guidance on complex employee relations cases.
  4. A track record of driving continuous improvement and successfully implementing people-related initiatives impacting organisational performance.
  5. Excellent communication skills and experience of providing timely, accurate, and well-presented written documentation.
