You'll collaborate with business leaders to execute HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee experience, while leading Pan-EMEA strategic projects with senior stakeholder exposure. The ideal candidate is a data-driven HR professional with strong leadership abilities and experience in global team collaboration. You'll partner on strategic initiatives, optimize HR programs, and ensure alignment with labor relations and HR policies. Success requires business acumen, executive coaching capability, superior communication skills, and strategic thinking.
