The Senior HR Business Partner will work within the People Team to deliver impactful HR solutions tailored to the needs of our wellbeing business unit. As a strategic partner to business leaders, you will drive initiatives that support our vision of making a healthy difference to the quality of life for our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing HR activities across the Netherlands, with occasional travel to Germany and Belgium as needed to support the business in these regions.

You Will Be:

  • Acting as a strategic partner to the Wellbeing business unit, aligning HR strategies with business goals and global wellbeing objectives.
  • Leading key HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and wellbeing programs, ensuring they support the overall business strategy and are effectively adapted to work across international borders.
  • Collaborating with leaders to develop and implement data-driven HR strategies that add measurable value.
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with regional legislation and best practices in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.
  • Coaching managers to enhance their leadership skills and navigating business challenges effectively.
  • Partnering with People Team specialists to deliver tailored HR solutions, while sharing best practices and expertise across the HR shared services, and other business partners, and contributing to coaching and development initiatives.
  • Using people metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

It’s important that you’re curious, driven, and passionate about delivering meaningful HR solutions. You will bring strong relationship-building skills, the confidence to challenge the status quo, and a commitment to aligning HR strategies with business needs.

About you:

While we value experience and skills over formal qualifications, the following would be beneficial:

  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources, such as CIPD Level 5 and above or equivalent (including qualifications recognised in the Netherlands) or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment, with a strong knowledge of Dutch employment and HR best practices with exposure to Germany and Belgium a plus.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch, German, or French (preferred).

This role is part of the Westfield Health Group, and will support the internal Wellbeing Business unit, including High Five Promotion (European Wellbeing), the UK Health & Wellbeing unit, and the Insurance Business unit.
